I like people.  And I really really like happy people.  And I really really really like funny people.  I like being around folks who smile a lot.  Who praise a lot.  And who seem to always see the brighter side of things.  They are infectious.  And I don't mind infection if it's JOY we're talking about catching. Today, May 5th, 2014, I feel like I've truthfully tasted heaven.  And it is so very delicious. I believe that my first ministry, before helping any other person, is in my home.  Helping my family.  After all, that in itself is a large enough job and the Lord has trusted myself and the husband with three little bodies.  We are to train them up so that their life bears fruit.  We are to pour ourselves into them.  All of ourselves.  And then, after we pour all we can into them, I believe we should pour just a little more.  Then repeat.  Today, I saw the most amazing fruit from our labor.  It has brought me to tears more than a dozen times.  I've shared this news with family and friends and every time I've shared, I tear up.  For a week or so, my six-year-old, Nathan, has been asking lots of deep questions ...
