I vow to not eat a delicious, clean meal in 2014 without spilling it.  I have freaking mastered the art of clean eating.  I love food.  I love to eat.  Period.  I am not a fan of those who deprive themselves.  I did that when I was 19.  that was horrible. i know i operate a little different than most folks.  and until this year i always wondered how i was being perceived.  and for some reason i would actually consider other peoples opinions about me as truth and allow it to hurt my heart.  but not anymore.  i don't need permission or approval from anyone to be who i am. and that, my friends, is such freedom.   i know i have made mention of this lately, but i can't get over the stronghold it had over me.  and once i was actually able to be healed, and i'll go as far as to say delivered from it, i began to see my life's purpose fall in tact.  so anytime that little seed tries to come back up in my life, i can quickly recognize it, put it in it's place, and keep being ME.   i am bold.  i am colorful. ...

Okay so I am just going to get straight to the point.  I promised 5 quick and clean recipes and I will get that blog post wrapped up soon, but I felt like sharing my new favorite CLEAN MEALS that have made their way into my kitchen lately and into our hearts.  yes, our hearts.  because husband and I delight in a warm and flavorful meal.  we love the idea of a nice meal to finish our days.  we talk about what's for dinner throughout the day.  and husband is addicted to sending me recipes he finds.  he calls me his personal chef.  like for instance, he really pushed and begged me to make a tofurkey this year for thanksgiving.  it was awful.  we concluded that we will just make a mean dish of cranberry stuffing next year.  but we sure had fun making it together.  so it was still worth it.  ...
