Tons of stuff on the brain tonight.  Happy stuff.  Sad stuff.  Good stuff.  And other random stuff.  My week has been...well, hard.  And that is where I will leave that.  It's when things come at you, back-to-back-to-back-to-back, when you feel so heavy and weak.  But in the end, it's those times where I realize that perhaps I am stronger than I think.  Being weak is breading ground for growing strong.  So I've learned to welcome difficult times so that I may grow.  'Cause Lord knows I have plenty of room for growth.  We all do. Tonight is one of those nights where I find myself writing because it feels good.  Cleansing.  Releasing.  I have issues on my heart that deal with my dreams, my family, big decisions concerning my children, and the list goes on.  But tonight, I must get lost in a place that my mind desperately deserves to occupy.  My babies.  ...

I've been busy cranking out a fabulous (and FREE!!) 21-day-meal-plan.  I'm pleased with it, and so happy it's done.  I get to sit back and watch people achieve their desired fitness goals. But not in a, losing-sight-of-my-dreams kind of way.  I've been working hard on a meal plan for all of you who have been emailing and asking. I'll be back to my regular blog rants after this post.  I promise.   I have designed a 21 day meal plan.  FOR FREE!!  And I decided to try it out on myself.    Low-and-behold, it worked. In just twenty-one days (as of recently), my abdominal muscles went from this....to this: So you tell me, does it work? I lost 2 inches in my waist.  1 inch in my arms.  1.5 inches in my thighs.  and 1.5 inches in the hip/bum.  Totaling six inches all together.  I decided to write out a meal ...
